Red face

Oh Alffe,
ARe there any free foods this first week? CHicken boullion? with a splash of lemon, sugar free jello? Cucumbers? Just plain celery? more cream cheese?
macadamian nuts? Mozzarella cheese? aren't these allowed?
or is it that strict the first 2 weeks...I ddon't know I guess.
That sounds really hard to do.
Keep up the great work and drink those glasses of water they will help to make you seem more full and so good for us.
Can you have cyrstal light to drink? they make a good rasberry lemonade diet drink.
I am sorry that you are hungry and crabby.
((((HUGS)))))

morning - only 1 cup of coffee -w/ cream & sugar
11am -I had a late breakfast - cheerios with a big banana sliced on it and milk.
3pm -midday had a layered tostada type casserole w/ lettuce, onions, olives & sour cream - decent serving size- didn't overfill my plate or my tummy
7pm -hubby had a craving for chocolate so made pudding and had some for dessert

water or wine after 7pm
