Ummmmmmmmmmmm the choccy smells so good and it is FROGS! Jan, you always take such good care of me! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it.

Oh yes Curious, I have a very naughty habit of stealings frogs and if it is against tos....I will have to go to rehab for my habbit! LOL
I am thinking of trying some sitdown exercises I have in a book. Maybe a few done carefully and few each day will help? Scary thought, but sitting on my behind is not working either. Primary Doc said to take walks in my house and I haven't done that in a long time, so I need to join the virtual walks. Getting cool enough for my Red Boa, Sis made for me.

I made it through the long nite without sleep until about 4:30 when I took a pill and finally slept. I was soooooo good and DID NOT eat something even though my body was screaming EAT. Pain makes me want food and more food! Today I pray I will be a good girl again and not overeat. I need a foodaholics meeting.

How about a 12:00 virtual walk anyone ready? GC
