I love your determination!! One thing that helps me a lot is Mr.Alffe wanted to lose weight too...doing it together makes it so much easier and a challenge for me to cook things that we both will like, that aren't fattening. You'll get there Froggie!!!

Definnately gonna make it this time. C-spine Cervie headache...just enough to take 1 ultram...never left, so just dealt with it. Ordianarily I would eat to solve the problem. Today I have had 4 cups HOT decalf tea instead. Hmmmm actually with 2 packets sweetener it satisfied me .Learning something new daily.
Shrimp for brunch, nice beef sandwich with onion and tomato tonite.. was so good.

Mr froggie is diabetic, has something going on with his liver and his one kidney. He needs to follow my plan and lose about 20 lbs. Doc says at least 5 and 10 would certainly help liver problems. He is on Aricept and is very stubborn, so can't get him to do anything. Cooking super helps him stay on my plan and he eats it. He still eats junk and mostly carbs all day.

Thanks Alffe for the incouragement.

good going dear froggie lady.
how you can stop at one teaspoon of peanut butter is beyond me. you know they make a curves pop corn that has 90 calories, that is very satisfying....don't know if you can eat that on your diet?

Talking

Thanks Bizi, I used to have to eat lots and lots of p-nut butter. LOL Now I am so determined to make it...I really don't want anymore. I eat very low carbs so the snack would be out. Sounds good though. Do wish tonight I had some sugarfree popsciles, got a cervie headache and also went to the doc today with bad deep cough.

Lost down to 232 today! Yeahhhhhhh! Am in the low thirtys. Will not weigh again until doc appt next Thursday. Happy day for me, even if I do feel rotten. LOL. Still hitting the hot tea.

Wink

Staying right on my plan and no problems with it.
Brunch: 2 scrambled eggs with small amount grated cheese. Ummm good, only thing that could have been better would have been, to put onions in my eggs. LOL
Dinner: Large legal salad with all kinds of good green stuff, tomato slices, tuna fish, boiled egg, english peas(never eat any kind but Lesueur party or small peas), onions..lots of onions, and kraft 3 cheese blend grated cheese. Ranch dressing. 1/2 cup of good ole tomato soup.
Yogurt tonight for snack and to ward off yeast infection from antibotics.

Weight is falling off and it is sooooo exciting. The frog has a way to go...I am on my way.
