Default The frog is back.

Froggie is here again and am on South Beach type plan. Have lost about 15, maybe more.

Have to get the weight off, weighed 250, my highest weight. Ruined Spine and more cervie problems are forcing me to take a look at my eating choices. Using a Hoverround for distance and some in the house, when legs don't want to hold me up. Wearng a Somi brace that I got 3 days ago for
C-spine...not sure if I like the big bulky thing, but surgery out..too risky. Brace must weigh about 5lbs. LOL UGH!

This time have to carry through and keep my head on straight and stay on goal. Greetings to old friends here and to new ones, froggie

Hi there!

I'm not on any specific eating plan but I did just get a nice exercise bike this morning.
As soon as I do the dishes I'm gonna go put some time on the bike and see what my baseline is for time & miles using the heart rate to monitor my levels.

welcome back!!!!!
Wow you have a lot on your plate and alot of challenges.
I like the south beach diet too. but had been counting calories, until it was too strict then now am just watching my fat intake and following a lower carb diet as much as I can.

Haven't had a chance to get back on here.
Had a day or 2 that I ate stuff (not in a row), but forgetting that and sticking to my plan very well.

Mind is made up...I WILL MAKE IT. "I can and I will" is my motto now.

South Beach modified is a great way to lose and leaves room for eating out and staying on course. I love it. Will be weighed on the 20th for doc visit, will know what has been lost. Otherwise will NOT be concious of checking the scales...rather watch my size get smaller.
Today am pluging in the recumbant bike in my den and beginning to ride tomorrow. Will try to ride every other day for a while.

Hugs to all and HAPPY LOSING. froggie

Thanks Bizi good to see you and others again.

Am out of the Somi brace..picthed it into the back of my closet and ordered myself a new Aspen Vista. Much more comfortable and now I don't look like a robot. Getting a haircut tomorrow and hopefully new brace Monday or Tuesday. Never thought I would be excited over a new brace. LOL

Needing to put more veggies into my plan ...am thinking of making the old WW veggie soup. Good an easy and I blend it and drink like a good think veggie shake. MMMMMMMM!
Am so looking forward to the new me...I can and I will make it!

Mr froggie brought home some cookies and I ate about 6. Glad I did because I found that they really weren't as good as I thought they would be. DID NOT MAKE ME FEEL GOOD ANYMORE! Cookies, candy and junk made me happy much like I think taking drugs would do. (Don't know never did) but got a high off the junk. Not anymore...my mind set has changed and it did nothing but add empty calories.

So tomorrow is another day..S-I-L an Daughter taking her Dad and me out for dinner. Will be careful, yet still enjoy the meal.

Mr.Froggie sounds like a friendly enemy! It's hard to resist that stuff when someone brings it in.

Oh yes Alffe, Mr froggie is a naughty one to bring home the stuff that he knows I like. He has done it for years and I always take the bait! Not after this time...I will be strong and resist the temptation.

Have got to be stronger. This is war " The Battle Of The Buldge." Need to stand firm, strong, and guard my mouth to protect my Belly!
No one can force me to put it in my mouth except me..I am doing my plan for no one but my self. Not going to work to please the Mr froggie, my 7 yr old great-granddaughter( that likes me fluffy), my children nor the people that see me in church, stores, etc. This time it is ALL FOR MY GOOD!

I CAN and I WILL make it!
