Default Very upset...just weighed myself!

Okay, just to update you all. I am 4 foot 11 and I used to weigh 125...(good weight) once upon a time. Well I just weighed myself and I weigh a whopping 195 pounds!!!!!! I have gained 20 pounds since I joined you all last year. How and why did ths happen?!?!?
I feel like a total failure.
What happened in the last year to me???? What did I do that was so wrong? God Todd was right, I am bad...really bad. No wonders he had a "talk" with me a couple of weeks ago.
Right now I am so upset with myself and am on the verge of tears. How could I do this to myself!?
I can't even express how upset I am.
So ladies...I need your help!!
