You're going to lose the weight and be so happy in the future about your weight. I have around 50 or so to lose myself... We're gonna make it, all of us together. We're gonna follow our leader Lizzard.

Wendy I am sorry I am so late to this post...was a crazy day. Hugs to Wendy

Everyone had such great advice throughout the day. Curious is right, the older I get the more my weight fluctuates during the month. I had to develop a eating routine to lose the weight the last time and it's harder now because of the meds but if I can get into that routine I am hoping to lose.

You can do it Wendy, we can all do it together.

You guys are the best. Tomorrow is another day.

Good night it's late. Hope to post more tomorrow
