Thumbs up Fabulous Friday~

Morning All~ What a day it is going to be. It gets a little warmer each day. It's 9 degrees already and all days are sunny. Praise the Lord! I have gotten use to the cold days and don't have trouble---except when the furnace doesn't work right. I still haven't seen the repair guy and can't seem to talk to one either. However I have nice warm heat now. It just sometimes makes a noise that I don't like to hear.

So hows everybody coming on there "D"? I weighed last night, and I haven't lost a pound. I am exercising and my waist is smaller since using the cruncher. My jeans are much looser than they were. My treadmill has slowed down for some reason and I don't know who to get to fix it.

I'm off to get a perm in a little while. Haven't had one in years. I'm kinda looking forward to it. My hair doesn't stay in good since it has gotten thinner. I must ask my doctor if I am taking some medicine to cause this. I have always had a lot of hair & it sure makes a difference.

Go out and make this a Great Day, OK! Talk later.

A perm! HO HO! Watch out gents....Billie's gettin' dulled up! That is if you don't mind the chemical smell for a few days. Blah!
Well today is laundry day so I will be off doing that. Ick! Not one of my favorite things to do. Just wish where I lived had onsite laundry facilities. It would make my life so much easier.
Eh enough complaining. So far the "D" is going well. Not as hungry as I thought I would be. Maybe I am finally eating things right in the right way.
Well we will see if I make it a week.

Hi Billie and Wendy,

Billie, what kind of heat did you get that is helping until the furnaceman comes? I must say you are having some terrible cold weather still by my standards.

Wendy, speaking of laundry, I should do mine. I am grateful to have an on site laundry mat where I live though.

Hello all, weighed this morning and while Ihave lost a couple of pounds it is the same I keep gaining and losing so I am not ready to call it a loss yet. I do feel better and have much more energy since I have started the thyroid pills and the B12.

Billie, I am glad you think 9 degrees is warming up!! To me that is not a warm up. I just looked at the thermometer outside my kitchen window and it is 68 and that is in the shade. Sorry to those still freezing--not bragging just sharing

The kids and I are going to get down and dirty and scrub the kitchen. I am in the process of getting new countertops and I want the cabinets scrubbed before that. So I told them that they could have the rest of the weekend to run and play but today they are mine. They had yesterday and today off from school for staff development days.

Well thats my interesting day, hope yours is more exciting...Sue

Ohhhhhhhh no one type too loud today please. I have hangover.

I have not had one of these in a while. Ugh

Went out to business dinner last night and someone just kept ordering wine. Need to really drink that water today. Hopefully one night of sinful eating will not kill me. It was nice night with good people and fun. I am paying for it now though.

Billie - will you send new pic with perm? I am sure you will look great! Did the furnace guy ever come?

Wendy way to go on the diet!! Where are those laundry elves from last week?

Sue... I bet that kitchen will be all shiny later today.

Befuddled... hope you are havigng a good day

Now i remember why I no longer drink. I am way too old for this.

Hi Sue and Shelly!

Sue, I'm glad the pills are making you feel better.

shelly, i'm wispering as not to hurt your head. i'm glad you had a nice time though. i'm having difficulty with the teacher at Goodwill and now not feeling comfortable in doing what my rehab. counselor wants me to do about it. he wants me to tell the teacher in front of her supervisor and him the problems i have with her. oh well.

Thumbs down Don't don't ever ask me to do this again~

Hello Again~
You wanted a picture and here it is. I'm really not drunk, but it looks like I am. I can't take a picture of myself. This is horrible! I do have an eye that don't want to work right. I don't think I want a web cam, Gaye will never come and see me NOW!

Shelley, the furnace guy is here right now. I need a new motor. I wonder what that is going to cost. The perm is ok, but seems short right now. She didn't take much off, for I don't want it off yet in this weather.

Hi Billie,

Considering you took that picture of yourself it is not bad. Although more of the hair could have helped. I hate it when my hair is not quite right but remember it will grow out.

Default befuddled2~

I couldn't what I was taking. I do need some color. Maybe I shoud be tanning. My hair isn't cut hardly any at all. The perm did tightened it up. My hair is getting so thin & I hate that. If it is the medicine I would like to quit it.
I am going to ask when I go to the Dr next time.
