i forgot to mention that i got on the dear dreadmill and walked VERY slow for 7 min's.
i gained 2 lbs but i'm not worried. i'm taking codeine and lots of stool softeners but havn't gone since monday. that's got to be worth 5lbs alone! is anybody else having trouble using their smilies?
