Hello everyone! I made it for 2 days on my "d" plan. Today...after I go to bed...if I go to bed(forgot meds until 1:10 am) I will weigh.
Am doing the healthy, lo-carb plan. At least it will be healthy after I go grocery shopping for veggies.

Here you haven't went to bed. LOL! Well I am glad you did open the forum. I couldn't think of nothing to say so I put off coming in. I am going to my favorite store this morning. Bear is going too! He gets as excited as I do. Thats ok about us getting cut short last night. I didn't think a thing of it. Maybe we can talk tonight. LOL

Did get to bed 2 hrs laterlast night, I was amazed meds worked so quickly. Truly is a marvelous Monday!

Wish this was my "favorite store" day. Got to do Laundry for a few hours. been so lazy lately about laundry. Hee, Hee, never done that before. I am a laundry nut ...love to put it in and watch it come out nice and clean. I can remember when my Mama had to use a wash pot in the back yard and then got her first wringer washer. Made me appreciate the ease of washing clothes. Billie got me hooked on Gain softner and ummmmm does it smell good.

Maybe we want get our phone call shortened tonight.

Gaye, I've let my laundry suffer terribly and today I've got to make up for it. I had 2 loads of just whites and got to wash the colors later. I sure do miss having a washer and dryer in my home like I did when I still lived at the house.

Bizi, I will have to check out the pizza thread as I love pizza. Hope you are doing well.

Well I did clean house today at Goodwill. Its a good way to get a cheap high. All those bargans, are just thrilling! I got 2 cooking pans, with see thru lids & a big skillet with a see thru lid, They are like new and all match. I don't need them but I have some I am going to donate where I work this Sat. Then I got a nice small wooden stool, heart shaped and a TV table,I guess. Got one small doll, and also blue jeans & matching blouse. Also got 2 more lights for closet and a pair of leather shoes, that are nice. Oh i got a jumping rope for exercise too. And a lamp that is nice and big, plus a wall clock.

Then I went to K Mart and got an expensive shower curtain & a newspaper. i noticed they had an exercise bike for $50 and I went and bought it too. The bike is used, got it at a home and it is real nice.

Well I am happy as a lark and waiting for Mark to come by and help me unload the heavy stuff. This was senior day so everything was 10% cheaper.
There are some perks about being 60 or older. This is one of them. Hee, hee!
I feel great for a 65 year old person. Praise the Lord!

Wendy, I am worried about you. I hope you can come in and post!
