Thumbs up Roll Call :Sat./9-23~

Good morning girls and hopfully some guys,
Have you got the right mind set to stick to your diet today? If you fall, just get back on track this day. You will soon say I am on track once more. We all fall sometimes, just don't stay there & think poor me!

What a day that will be, when we reach our goal and perhap's set a lower one. I would rather set small goals like 10 pounds, then another 10. The feeling's overcome by a small victory''s help boost me on to more victories.

I heard another e-mail come in, if ever two post have come in for roll call just jump in to one the and we can try to do better tomorrow.

LETS BE STRONG AND SAY, THIS IS THE DAY THE LORD HAS MADE AND WE TO CAN DO THIS, ONE DAY AT A TIME.YESTERDAY'S, GONE AND TOMORROW'S NOT HERE, SO THIS IS THE DAY TO START A FREST.
BEST OF LUCK,
bc
