Is this the diet book Dr. Phil had on his show? I know nothing about it, but I thought I heard Dr. Phil mention it in another show about repeating the cycle. I am interested to see what it is all about as I have tried EVERY SINGLE diet known to man, woman and universe. I seriously fluctuate 20-70 lbs. at any given time...terrible yo yo....
