Default 17 day diet

I am trying the 17 day diet. I just got the book andam eager to go. I do have a question that I havent found an answer for and was hoping someone could help. If you have a lot of weight to lose do you just repeat the cycles????

the book doesn't tell you?
maybe you just keep repeating...I don't know for sure.
good luck and keep us posted how it is going for you!

Is this the diet book Dr. Phil had on his show? I know nothing about it, but I thought I heard Dr. Phil mention it in another show about repeating the cycle. I am interested to see what it is all about as I have tried EVERY SINGLE diet known to man, woman and universe. I seriously fluctuate 20-70 lbs. at any given time...terrible yo yo....
