we have been using the cocnut oil and it is just a hint of coconut so it is not over powering at all.I used the coconut milk to make a curry dish that was fantstic!!!! red curry, just a little spicy not hot. yummy!

thank you for posting the benefits of coconut oil/milk.
a friend of mine said that her practitioner said that coconut milk can be given to infants intravenously because of its high nutritional value. pretty impressive! bizi

we only use olive oil or coconut oil and sometimes butter for cooking.
