Default Wow, guess how much I've lost

Okay I hope I can maintain my loss. I've been sick this fall. And I lost a lot of weight during one period of it. But I haven't put it back on.

It feels real good. So much so I'm hoping I can get down to 200 before
too long.

I weigh around 217 right now. I'm so happy with my weight. I weighed if
you remember 245 and gaining when I started working to lose.

I had to give up my membership at the health club. Because my husband
got laid off. But that shouldn't make a big difference. I couldn't go much
because of my illness.

Way to go Donna!!!

I find that if I keep my carbs under control (seems to cover most junk food), I can keep my weight down. I don't mean low carb per se, but it always seems that when my carb consumption creeps up, so does my weight. It's hard to get in trouble with vegies and protein (except maybe nuts). Fruits in moderation as they are higher in sugar and for some, starch.

Keep up the good work!

Hi Donna,
So glad to hear that you have lost weight. I need to. I had foot neuroma first and then had surgery. It has grown back plus one more and then had infection from an allergic reaction to injection. Anyhow, now I have been diagnosed with RSD and I have put on weight over the past year. I feel and look like a blimp............I am tall so I can hide some but it is hard when not able to do much. What do you do....just eat better food???

Congratulations Donna on your weight loss. It's too bad you lost it because of illness but it's great that you lost it. Best of luck keeping it off - you can do it!

Donna, I'm just starting to post on this forum, and I know this thread is old, but, I'm wondering how you're doing.
