I add lemon juice to my water. Just a bit to give it some flavor.

I hate the heat but love the summer time because of all the fresh fruits and veggies we can have here.

I sliced up a tomato and cucumber yesterday, put some pepper on it and just a little Italian dressing (olive oil type) and let it sit in the refrigerator all day. Yummy! It's just too hot to eat much of anything but cold stuff.

Scage, do you have any recipes you'd like to share? We all love to cook here and I'm always on the look out for different things.

there you go

كباب حلة / kabab halaah
1- 2 lbs of meat & 1 lbs small potates
2- cut meat into big square peices & wash it
3- put 2 big spoon of butter in a big pan then add 1 big spoon of pepper into the butter and put it on fire for 3 minutes.
4- after that 3 minutes , add the meat and keep it on fire untill it turns to golden (which should take about 10 minutes)
5- add 3 big onions & 5 garlic peice's after cutting them to slices to the pan
6-keep em all togther untill they become golden , on low fire , should take about 15 minutes
7- then keep adding water till the meat gets cooked , dont alot of water at once , add half cup of water per time

note : add the salt and the potates when the meat about to be done
make sure the potates and the meat will be cooked at the same time
at the end everything should look golden and yummi with no water , just the souce and butter

rly ?:P idk why but i got feeling that you wont cook it hehe

but it rly taste good if you cook it correctly xD

i would ask ya to teach me something to cook too , i live alone so i have to cook for my self but im going on the 1 month diet program again >< no point to learn something new ^^
can't have food for month xD just sucky food lol ><

btw any tips to lose fats of the belly area ? i do alot of abs workout everyday but it's not enough i think, my abs not so clear :P


i also got another question , i used to workout at the gym (lifting weight ) should i stop it for now untill i get rid of the fats in my body first?
or it helps to get rid of the fats ? i dont rly know

Weight lifting (light) is good for your body. I'm not talking about power lifting but just basis resistance training. Any type of exercise will keep your metabolism revved up. I need to take my own advice!

Scage, do you eat pizza? I bought a bread machine that makes good pizza dough. I've experimented with different kinds of pizza and it's fun. I tend to like the "no-meat" pizza so I'll use different veggies and cheeses. I like the crust as thin as I can make it so that helps a little with the calories.

why are you talkin about "light" weight lifting ?;o
what's wrong with power lifiting , im used on power lifiting
my weight getting higher im worried , my friends told me to stop going to the gym untill i lose all of the fat's then start creating muscles , i dont rly have muscles lol but im just doing it coz i think it helps to lose weight but now i see my weight is going higher and that doesn't feel good xD i dont rly know what's going on

but i remmber years ago when i had fine body , started exercising hard at the gym and later quited and eating alot , then i gained ALOT of weight lol
my body never gained weight like that before i start the power weight lifting

btw how old are you kitty if that's okay to ask lol
and bizi ? bizi looks like hmm thirty something :P

it's nice to talk with you guy's ^^ , btw ya i love pizza , and wow in usa there's dough pizza machine xD mh i should move to usa hehe

i was going that summer to usa in the fact , but got lot of studying lol so had to cancel it >< but i plan to going there for vaction after finishing my college , one more year left

eat more protein and less carbs and still lift weights. do cardio too. helps to burn belly fat. (and is good for your heart!!!!)
