Arrow Waning Wednesday~

I am so sore you wouldn't believe it. After it starts raining, I got to rest. This morning, I hope to finish working by this messy tree, if I can burn what I have collected. They will let us burn here.I have a large TV box full of junk that will burn. Yesterday, it was to windy. I have at least one more box of junk. It is a Cypress tree, if that means anything to you. Limbs fall all year. I am going to have it cut down this summer.

I haven't a clue what I weigh, but I got into these chocolate peanuts I was saving till Gaye come. I had put them in the freezer, where I can see them all the time. Sorry Gaye!

Sue, I just may cut this dolls hair yet, but not completely off. lol! It is still frizzy, like a bad perm. lol She is a very sweet looking doll. I'll take a pic
later.

I am dropping my taxes off to be made out after lunch. I figured the Medical and thats all. I do not like math and I have been used to Bob doing all but medical. Mine will be harder to figure out for two yrs since I sold land and home plus an auction.

Well I better close for now and take my meds to get me started. Have a great day everyone!

Moring Billie and everyone else who will be posting or reading.
Still feeling like an exposed wire, but I just keep thinking one more day closer to my appt with my pnurse. I just want off this valium ride and back on a med I know now works. Wish I could feel better.
Later today I have my trigger point appointment, which should help with the tension in my back that has come because of this med mess.
When I went to the doc yesterday, he was happy to hear that I was working on loosing weight and he is thinking of taking me of my blood pressure meds since my BP was 96/70. Yeah I know low. Well he wants me to talk to my pnurse because it is also a mood stabilizer and may help with my anxiety. I cannot wait until tomorrow afternoon. It can't come fast enough for me.
Todd has today off, so I this may be my only time to visit. If I can, I will let you all know how my day has gone.
Have a great day everyone!

Hi everyone,

I gained I think 2 pounds. Since I quit my membership at WW it's hard to keep up with my yo yo weight.

Wendy, I'm kind of getting anxious for my pdoc appt. this month. Although all he does is medication management he will listen for a few minutes about what the counselor is used for. I'm hoping you get what you need.

Thumbs up Great Day~

I have had a wonderful day to work. I also have another big box of sticks and leaves to burn. I can alway put it in the trash if I want to. Still not threw, but made a big dent in the work ahead. I do expect I'll be so sore tomorrow but it was worth it to get this much done so early in the Spring. Most years it is cold, and all of a sudden it gets STINKEN HOT. The temp is suppose to drop 30 degrees by tomorrow. AS long as it don't snow, I can't complain. LOL
I hope y'all had a good day too. I was glad to see Jan come in on one post. I hope she gets good news.

Hi gang, My son and I are moving all the gym equipment out to the gazebo in the backyard. I am hoping that we will be inspired to use it more once it is out of the garage and not used as a place to put things. Also hubby smokes his cigars in the garage and who wants to exercise after that smell.

My hands and elbows were screaming at me last night and then when I went looking for my ice packs the daughter had used them on her knee and didn't put them back. So it was a long night for me.

I have started drinking my fruit smoothies in an effort to get in extra fruits. I also add flax seed to them. They are helping with the mid morning munchies and also satisfying my sweet tooth. I just bought the frozen fruit at the store so they are easy to fix.

Well I hope that we are all having a good day. Jan is was good to "see" you on another thread. I hope you got good news today. ...Sue

I got a real headache today! Yipee how nice tylenol took care of it! Rejoicing over the fact it was not from my C-spine! LOL

OK Sis you ate our peanuts....now we got to get somthing else. LOL
Got rid of my bike today. Daughter does NOT want me to ride it and hubby was very glad when I said I was selling it! OK, so now I got to find something to ride. Hmmmmmmmmm, lest see......I'll think of something. Maybe an adult 3 wheel bike. Hee hee, can't fall off that! That was what I wanted in the first place.

Great for you Wendy...so good to go off BP meds! You're gonna make it through this week and next week has just GOT to be better. Remember, we're gonna stomp that balloon. LOL Course we might fall on our seats trying to do it.

Befuddled, I understand the yo-yo weight. Sorry you are off your WW. I would try it but it is too complicated and expensive for me. Somehow I have got to learn to eat in moderation. Now if someone will explain that word, maybe I could try it. Someday all of us are going to get the weight off and keep it off.

Bizi, hello and hugs. Hope you had a good day.

Where is Nancy & Sue? Also got to look for Jan's post. Missing Curious too. Wonder where Lizzard is? Come on yall are ya hidding. Glad jo55 is here! If I missed somebody it's not on purpose it's brainfog or old age or maybe both. Froggie

Gaye, I think WW meetings are expensive but to be an online member it's not as bad. I had hoped to get cable T.V. in place of my online membership with WW but since my soon to be ex hubby is being difficult I'm scared to do even that.

Billie, we are gonna have one more warm day on Thursday and then it'll turn cold again. Not like your cold though.

Hi sue.
