Default Recommendations for Tai Chi Video?

Looking for recommendations for beginning Tai Chi video(s) for chronic pain patients with limited mobility and spine issues. Seated is not necessary.

Here's a link for you. I studied tai chi in a therapeutic massage self-care class.
This is a good beginner sequence.
