Default Roll Call Monday 9/25~

Hello to All this morning,
I shouldn't be the one starting Roll Call today of all things. I had another bad night, I woke up at 2:10 am this morning in severe pain. It's the old leg, thigh, and knee pain. Then woke again with back pain. It just feels raw,I know it's not, but that is how it feels.

How's the rest of you this morning? I can't help but feel mine is weather related at some point. I would like to take something for arthritis just to see what that would do. I'm not planning much today.

I keep weighing the same on the scales. At least I'm not gaining! I wish I could loose somemore. I need to be more active for that tho.

Gal's could you help me with some recipes on the other tread? I have a few more and will get one typed up after while.
Praying you have a good day!
Blessings,
Billie
