The caster oil ....I think.....you just rub on your arthritic joints. At least that is how I interpreted it.
I hope someone here tries it...I don't think it could hurt...do yOu? Well now I am going to have to google it and see what comes up! lol bizi i have found some good 100 calorie bag of popcorn that is very satisfying. A friend told me once to try brushing my teeth immediately after eating instead of just before bed...at night. It has helped with the not wanting to snack, also I tend to snack while I watch tv...so I am trying to not watch as much tv.

No Jan, another blonde here (sort of) I thought you drank it also ha ha. Isn't that what they used to do??? It seems like I remember on old shows where they made the kids drink castor oil.
   Oh well I will try anything once...ok sometimes twice  ...SUe
