Wink Determined !!

New to this forum but i have found lots of useful information. I started my weight loss journey in 207 at 200 pounds (im only 5'2) My doctor said I should be in the 130s so in 2007 I lost 30 pounds as of today I have kept them off and two summers ago I was at my lowest 155 unfortunately depression hit due to illnesse so now now im back at 168 :/ so I have set my mind back to 2007 and lose those 30 extra pounds!!! If anyone has any tips they are more than welcomed!!
