I have been looking into it.... some place I read...

Menu for the day (divided in 3 meals)
2 cups almonds
2 glasses 2% milk
2 large oranges
2 hardboiled eggs

I guess I need it as simple as that. BTW: I have a problem with the milk and how many almonds is 2 cups? is it 16 ounces of almonds, or a 16 ounce cup filled with almonds. Can I drink the oranges? Can I fry the eggs.

I think too much.

Or if I had my own chef.

Yes, these are my fantasies/daydreams, LOL!

I DO have my treadmill in operational mode after a year in the garage. I get on it every couple of days. One day I might even turn it on!

Good luck, July!

Red face

YOu can try the paleo diet.
Meats, veggies,(no potatoes except sweet potatos) eggs, nuts and seeds. no dairy, (coconut milk is fine)no grains, no legumes which are beans so that includes peanuts. but almonds are fine.
no processed foods.
It is about eating clean. stay away from packaged food.just eat healthy foods.
It is the way our ancestors ate.
