Okay, my typing may not be correctly nice but this is all I want to know. (and I know diet alone will drop weight and get you cut, look at Tim Ferriss for example, he is just too vague).
I need to know this. What exactly to eat at what time I need to have this It has to be simple to do and to obtain. I need to also know what to drink, how much and at what time. Example at 8am, eat 3 eggs scrambled, and 16 oz water at 11am, eat a banana and 16 oz water at 1pm, eat 4 oz chicken and a salad with 16 oz water at 4pm, eat Yogurt at 7pm, eat 3oz cheese and 2 pieces bread and 16 oz apple juice at 9pm, eat a pop tart with peanut butter, and 8oz water (do this every day) I need something THIS SIMPLE that works. I need it to be something I can do at work, and on weekends, and I need it to be the same everyday. I know that one day a week you can eat/drink all you want (Sunday maybe), but I also know you have to do the same every day. Can someone help me (I just made up the above diet, doubt it will work)? |
