Hello, I read that drinking Pu-erh tea 2-3 cups a day with meals can assist with weight loss. Wondering if anyone has heard of or have used this tea. I need to lose about 20lbs and have a difficult time with some exercises, but I do use a treadmill. I realize there is no majic pill or tea but if it helps rid that darn belly fat.... I see this is not a busy board but look forward to any responses or suggestions on weight loss, thanks, Bunz
