I was feeling a slump a bit ago, so took 4 99mg complexed potassium that I have from vitacost...felt a lifting pretty quickly. I like this new product.

On the foods, one has to be on TOP of them all the time. Some are high in sugar and other issues, so we need to be aware too. That's why I like the capsules I'm using too.

BP meds can pull potassium out of body, so I take that into account.

I'm understanding that folate pulls potassium from the body, and for the last couple yrs I'm taking a homocysteine formula which contains folate...
