Smile So...I only had three small pieces of Easter candy...
...and I feel really good about surviving Easter (even though there's still candy in the house! LOL!). Stupid "femaleness" got in the way last week (.8 gain; not too bad), but this week, I'm back to journaling and portioning properly, so I will lose! Just watch me!

I had 6 bites of food for Easter. one small pineapple juice, took all day to drink oh yeah, I forgot had 1 8oz glass milk. Got ice cream sandwiches in the freezer and they make me sick to look at them. Oh if this could only last. LOL

I have no doubt you can loose again. I didn't buy any Easter candy, but then I don't have any kids at home either. I am going to have to weigh soon. I have been a big chicken about the scales. I am so afraid I have gained. I know you will loose it tho Liz. There's no doubt in my mind. Froggie will too!
