I'd take part in a weight loss/exercise tracking thread.
I'm at 110 and seem to be staying there. I wouldn't mind dropping a few more pounds but 110 is OK. Still doing the exercises prescribed by a PT some years ago. Still using a pedometer and putting in 1000-3000 steps a day now. |
** I may be 150 now and have not weighed myself in yrs. I would like to see 140 but walking and moving are not in my picture with the OA and messed hip replacement......

In the original post coconut oil mainly applies to OA but not to RA which is an autoimmune condition.
