Normally Monday is just another day....but not today!!!!!
Since two weeks ago, my therapist and I decided to do an experiment. She asked me not to weigh myself until the next time we meet, which is tomorrow! But since I saw her two weeks ago today I decided to do it today instead and boy was I surprised....and what a good surprise it was.
I was feeling kind of down since yesterday because Todd made a comment about how I was doing on my diet. He even said to me, keep it up and you are going to gain the weight back. Well I just threw a wrench into that format now didn't I? Just because I am not doing it they way he wants me to or the way he would doesn't mean its wrong or bad.
So my message to you all today. However you are loosing weight, Weight Watchers, the cookie diet, the ice cream diet, whichever, if it works, no one has the right to knock it!
