klonipin , 1mg at night

tell me you have been weaning off the ambien...it can cause terrible side effects if you go cold turkey...docto give you anything else to replace it?
jsut wondering and feeling sorry for your not sleeping...I know all too well what it is like to not sleep.
I use ambien and klonipin now.

Thanks Bizi, he gave me some herbs to replace it. The ambien has been making me so sick and we think it is a big part of my health problems. Never again want to take any of that type stuff, again, UGH. Please be very careful of the ambien and espically the ambienCR, it is a nasty med and is causing sleep driving and wrecks. Read up on it and what is hppening it is not good. May have possibly contributed to my wreck. Can't prove it nor would I even try, just want to be sure and warn others it is some BAD stuff and dangerous.
Hope you and Alffie go shopping and lots of fun things! Anne
