Heart I was VERY surprised

Hi,
A few months ago I decided to switch from a general, run of the mill diet (not diet in terms of losing weight, but eating to stay alive), to an organic diet with no more factory farm meat. Admittedly I was eating little meat, but quite a lot of soy.

Okay, so after about two months I was surprised that eating organic foods was impacting my weight... it was going down, as was my size... two sizes later, I'm now VERY surprised at the difference it has made to give up conventional, GMO containing foods, and switch to Organic.

It wasn't very expensive to change, because I also found that I needed to use a LOT less vitamin B12, which was a big savings.

Apparently vitamin B12 all comes from micro-organisms, so while I was eating foods that had pesticides built in (GMOs) and meats that came from animals treated daily with antibiotics to keep them from dying in the factory farm overcrowding and dirty condition, I was killing the micro-organisms and thus increasing my need for sublingual vitamin B12.

Who knew?
