i HAVE SIT DOWN EXERCISES TOO. WE COULD MAYBE HAVE VIRTUAL WALKs (Whoops, shouting, sorry!) exercise group time, and after rolling BC around on a strecther in WalMart we could all climb in our favorite chair with a heating pad! Cause I gonna need one if I excercise.  I weighed today and I have lost 2 pounds!!!!!! Yipeeeeeeee!  GC

Way to go Slogo!!!!!!
I am sure that feels really good! When I started exercising....I actually gained wieght...was eating more and felt hungry all of the time. I have jsut finally lost 1 pound.... bizi

Bizi, I am very glad to lose this week...cause I ate some stuff I should not have, but I really tried some too. So glad to hear you lost a pound too! We ta keep going! GC

Dear LS,
I love the Sit and Spin!!! Considering the fact that I tripped today and hit the floor, I should probably just stay down there! I should loose at least a pound a week just getting myself up! Good Nite to All, BS (the older one!) |
