Question Suitable exercise

Can anyone advise me as to what kind of exercise I can do to keep me at least flexible.

My list of woes are,
C5 C6 severe nerve impingment due to bone spurs.
Sacro iliac pain.
Fibro
fatigue.
generalised pian.

I am in the process of seeing specialists and being worked up, MRI ect.

Thanks very much

ask the specialists and maybe ask for some physical therapy to teach you some exercises.
