I started this pill last week, its 1800 mg 2 a day a half hour before a meal. It was on Dr. Oz show. I lost 6 pounds already. I am not active neither. Not sure if others tried and had same results or different results, But I would love to hear about it.

I too am trying the pill only 800 mg 2 a day, maybe not enough, not sure.
I have not lost any, but have not gained any either.

Can you tell me how to start a post?

I always wonder if the first 8 lbs or so come off fast, could it be water weight only vs real fat?
Water weight will re balance/return when the pill is stopped.

I saw a commercial for this product somewhere but didn't look it up to find what was in it yet.

That is alot if she is really taking 1800 twice a day. wonder if that is a typo. the ones from amazon only have 400 in each capsule. the 90 capsule would last only a couple of weeks if we were really supposed to take 1800 twice a day. that is 8 capsules a day. In fact that would only last 11 days if I did the math correctly. at $30 a pop that is expensive and I would hate having to take that many pills.

Ops its 800 mg twice a day. I was on water pills already. So I am thinking it was not water.I am drinking whey with 35 % protein. In the morning, light lunch with 1 pill thenpillat supper. I drink 8% of water each time with my pills.

who is your supplier?The ones fromamazon are 400mg in one capsule. yours sound appealing to me to just take 1 pill twice a day.I can see doing that and congratulations on your weight loss again!
