Default Tuesday again! *grin

We are hoping the promised rain will hold off so Biz and I can go walk at the Botanical garden, Fernwood. We have done a LOT of eating since she arrived...some of it very healthful and some of it just plain decadent! I'll hate to see her leave this afternoon but she's promised to return in July...It makes saying goodbye a little easier.

Have a good day all and remember to move around as much a possible. Even if it's in slow motion, it helps.
