Well I had a post...but it looks like the burp in the system this morning took it away!
Ugh.....very tired. Had a Rheumy appt this afternoon, I have a pinched nerve in my shoulder and it looks like I need another radio frequency ablation in my back. Just as I was getting good at exercising.
Well I have an appt with my pain doc tomorrow, time to talk about it.
