Just wanted to bring an update. Last couple months I have been drinking 1-2 gallons of water a day. In the last 2 months, I've went from 272lbs to 250lbs. I need to lose that 50lbs to get down to 200 What I've started recently is eating an apple a day, or two - I've cut out ice cream and desserts. I'm drinking the juices from Bolthouse Farms such as Berry Boost, Green Goodness and Carrot Juice. I have to say though when I first tasted the carrot juice, it was horribly nasty, to the point where I almost threw it back up. Why is that?

I have found that the bolthouse farms juices have a large number of proteins, they also have a large number of carbs. Be careful, 1 bottle is 4 servings not 1. I recently restarted my diet and spoke to my dr. about reducing my abilify. (I think that is one thing keeping me fat) I also did what you did, replaced my bad snack habits with a total lean shake from GNC. It is not bad. At least it doesn't make me vomit or feel like vomiting. lol
I also belong to myfitness pal to help me count calories and exercise. Although it is hard for me to exercise because of my rsd. Any thoughts let me know. Good luck! Quote:
