Morning all!
The back is not kind to me today. I hurt all over. Thank goodness I have a pain doc appt today! Unfortunately I have to do laundry too. Ick!  Well I have to get ready for the ride.....talk to you all later.

congratulations on you 10.5 weight loss!!!! that is fantastic!!!! hopefully your pain doctor will help you. try to take it easy today if you can. I have just returned from a trip to see my mom, had a fantastic time, ate way to much!!!! but will get back on the plan very soon! Hope all is well in your world...where ever that may be. Thanks Biz....unfortunately I had an eating week and gained some back. The trick is to keep moving for me I guess. My shoulders are killing me from the shots and next week I go in for my second Radio Frequency Ablation. Its a painful procedure but the last one has kept me somewhat pain free for 8 months. I hope that now that I know what will happen it won't hurt so much.
I should redo the title to this thread....it is bright and sunny out now...  . New England weather, gotta love it.

I went shopping, sinced it rained. i couldn't paint out in it. We are suppose to have 2 more days of it also. As I have said, this is our rainy season, till the 500 Race is over. I don't care, since I needed a rest. My back has hurt all day too. I gotta call my back doc tomorrow. Its almost been 6 mos., so time for my check up.
Well I didn't buy much but shoe's for my dolls. I seen one of my cousins today at antique mall. She has a booth there. ___ BC
