Grin Skating my way to victory!

Well it's been a hard road, but within the last year & a half I've managed to lose just over a 100lbs. I still have a ways to go but I've discovered that my main hardship is finding ways to stay interested in exercise. I've joined a local gym and go everyday except for Monday. There I use the elliptical, weights, and swim regularly. This weekend, however, I took up roller blading and let me tell you my legs are really sore! I'm still extremely wobbly but am plodding along! I would definitely recommend it to anyone one needs to feel the burn, my suggestion is to skate near grass though. From experience I can tell you if you feel like you're falling or do fall, concrete certainly will not cushion your bottom! Happy Skating!!
