Default Touchy Thursday

Morning all.
Well I overestimated myself yesterday thinking I could do laundry today after my radio frequency. I had a bad night and was very uncomfortable. I also forgot since they are playing with my nerve endings it bothers my anxiety issues. So no laundry today and just off to the psych nurse today to check on my meds.
So I am taking it easy today and luckily it will be a short appointment later today.
I hope everyone is having a better day than I am.
