Wellll, not such great work on my part as I failed to keep it off. I neglected to mention before that when my feet started hurting so much the weight came back. Currently I am officially larger than a house ::eek: : I really do believe that the key to a lot of things is movement/exercise.

That's the unfortunate part of losing, and then gaining the weight back,is when you have a medical condition that gets in the way of being able to exercise in order to maintain all that hard work.:(
That's how I got above 200 again,I got sick and went a year without being able to walk, other than just around my apartment, and it was even hard to just go out to the mailbox and get my mail. But you can't get mad at yourself for that, because it is beyond your control.I know it's damaging emotionally to remember what you had at once, and then see what you have now.But you need to concentrate on the fact that you did it,and there are so many out there with no excuse of a medical condition like yours, that are still making excuses, but you still have that success story to tell. How many others do you know, that have that story to tell! You should still be proud of what you did before.because it took a lot of work, and a lot of pain and tears, and you survived it! Nobody can take that success story from you,it's set in stone! So no matter how much you've gained now, because of issues beyond your control. You are still a success!!Be proud of yourself, but hey, even I get down on myself when I gain a bit,but I have to remind myself of what I did,in order to feel better! You can do the same!
