HI guys,

Well I was in such pain from these inflammed blood vessels that we only stayed one night in Arizona. Drove 6 hours each way and hubby is soo disappointed. And I am embarrased. I should have said lets stay home but I really tried. What a big baby I am. I just felt awful though.

i am just at wits end with how i feel physically. No anwers. Last night was so bad i made him take me to emergency. They checked me out just to be sure nothing serious was wrong. Half way through hubby went home he was exhausted from all the driving. THere was nothing he could do anything but I could tell he was embarrassed and frustrated so I said sure go. But it did hurt my feelings. Luckily we only live 1 1/2 blocks from hospital.

I feel so lost right now. OUr beautiful weekend ruined. I used to be so strong and energetic. I am sorry I am complaining I wm just feeling sorry for myself.

Billie, I am so sorry I missed you today. My neighbor who I got the dear john letter from about a week ago must have come home from the hospital today. It kind of threw me of from thinking of much else. I was so concerned about coming across his path that I kind of felt like I had to get away. I went to a girlfriend's house and then went to an Elvis impersonator show this evening. Then the neighborhood kids came by to play and I got pre-occupied with them. Then a neighbor came by to check on me because she said she hadn't seen me in awhile.

Shelly, I am sorry that your weekend didn't turn out like you would have liked. I hope you will feel better tomorrow.

I got to watching tv last night and time went by pretty good. I may work off & on some today. I'm doing a washing right now.

Shelley, I am so sorry this went sour for you two. I never heard of your problem before. Sure hope you don't have it long. I am used to having back soreness, and it can stop my plans too. I done ok in the winter & and the pain hanges around now and keeps me from having fun also. I'm so stifff after the fusions tho.

I hope everyone else has a good day. It looks like rain here, there is no sun. We did get a much needed rain yesterday although it sorta hampered the 500Race for a while. This happens a lot of years. Then come June, it gets hot and stickey.

Hi Billie,

Somtimes T.V. can be a life saver at times for company. Did you watch anything interesting? I should wash today too but I'm awfully sleepy from lack of sleep. I think I'll go to bed this evening. We are expecting rain this evening but at the moment it is hot and sunny. I think we must be getting your rain our way later. My friend Gloria's brother got hit by a car and is in the hospital's trauma unit. Please say a prayer for him.

I just said a prayer for your friends brother. I pray that he will soon be well and if he feels fear that it be gone, in Jesus name. He is not alone, and the God cares. I was in a bad car wreck in 78 that could of killed me, but I knew the Lord was there with me & that makes all the difference in the world. I knew He spared me for a reason & I somehow knew what the reason was. We adopted a son soon after that. He was very difficult to raise, but has a ministers license now. I'm sending a pic of the wreck. Just remember this was a long time ago. I had a brand new car, at the time.

Making a big pot of chicken and sausage gumbo for some friends coming over this afternoon...I was stressing out so much over the past 2 days of what to fix...went to bed worring about this and woke up this morning worring as well.....having company is such a big ordeal for me.
WE usually go over there and grill up food on a regular basis...I felt it was only fair to invite themover.
They just whip up meals and margaritas with out any problem...me it takes days of planning. Hubby said I was making myself crazy...well the house needs to be cleaned...it is overwhelming but I need to learn how to do these things and not freak out...hubby helps me so much.
Had a toilet break on us yesterday...so we spent all day diagnosing the problem..renting an auger to root it out but that wasnt the problem...the toilet itself went bad. Put it outside on some blocks and filled it up and it wouldn't flush so we bought and hubby installed a new toilet all by himself.
I was really proud of him...the whole thing took all day! But we saved a trip of a plumber...so we went to a steak house to celebrate...and now have a lot of things to do before they arrive...
These are our good friends...I should not be stressing like this...I should be having fun...we are used to cooking for 2 not 5.
anyway..
I am listening to the Duhks and they are great and we already went shopping so now just finish cleaning and cooking the gumbo which takes hours to cook.
I love the Duhks a celtic group I think I have posted a link to their web site before.

Bizi, I would get very nervous if I had more than one coming to eat also. I use to entertain all the time but it's been years now since I have.

oh shelly I missed your post....oh How I am sorry that you were hurting this badly...I wish you did not hurt.
You will be able to get back there in the future when you are feeling better.
YOu are in pain, nothing to be embarressed about.

My day was dull and I was in a bad mood all day. UGH, since the accident I seem to be a different person and stay in a bad mood? Wish I had my life back...think it will never be the same though. Vertigo is hitting me again. Seems like I take a step forward and two steps backwards. Gained over 14 lbs now, so still have a red face on top of it all. Guess I might as well forget ever being any smaller. Been dealing with this too many years and I am now just too old to bother. So is it alright if I just hang around with yall anyway? I get so lonely myself from not being able to do anyting and honestly even with a grown children and grands, I am not any use to anyone anymore, I sit here day in and day out with nothing to do or anywhere to go. I miss being able to drive the car and I sure miss my favorite store "Goodwill". Miss finding dolls too. My thrill was going to hunt for sweet little dirty baby dolls to bring home and clean up and dress. Can't twittle my thumbs either cause I am waiting for surgery on one of them in July.
Oh for goodness sakes, I'm belly aching again...whinning and griping. Oh well, guess that is something I AM able to do. Hee hee. smashed froggie
