Better? I hope so. We all get discouraged at times, so just realize that sweetie! I dunno how much weight you want to lose, but the closer to goal you are, the harder it is, (as I know you know) Maybe you're close to goal?

You've been exercising so faithfully, and muscle weighs more than fat, so maybe you've lost fat, but gained muscle mass. Maybe that's another explanation?

Also remember as we try to lose weight our body is fighting us; it is trying to maintain it's weight. It's a battle to say the least, just keep plugging along! You're doing everything right honey and the weight will come off. It's just being stubborn. Hang in there! We're here for ya!!!

I appreciate your kind words this morning.
I only have about 10 pounds to go and you are right I think my body is holding on with all its might to those last pounds.
I should not complain and will stick the course...makes me want to just get a gallon of ice cream though.....

Hi Biz, Sher, Jan and Gaye,
I hope I didn't forget anyone. Biz you must be determine. Coffee instead of ice ceam? I get the diet kind and go on girl! You just have to know when to stop, after the first bite of'course. The easiest way for me to lose is skip a meal, I know they say don't but I have lost 34 pounds this way. I can easily do it when I am not at home.
Gaye are you getting my e mails? I keep on sending but not hearing from you.
Jan you are tired of talking to me and Gaye? Well I know I sound like a broken record. A little cracked! I feel a little better tonight. Did you hear that?

I'm going out for dinner tomorrow so I better shape up. Yep, I know watch the D & E.

Sher hon, you got peripheral neuropathy. I have you all diagnosised and no charge. You can take all kinds of pills for it that are real expensive. Mine cost over $800.00 every 3 mos. and I still got it. Do you have Diabetes? There is your cause. You do lose the feeling on the bottoms of your feet or on top. It's fun for sure, but it could be old age setting in too.
