Just wanted to welcome you to the weight loss forum! 8lbs in 2 weeks is great. Keep it up. I am down 22 and my secret was cutting out all flour and sugar even fruit. (The nutitrionist told me that lunch and dinner plates should be 1/3 protein and 2/3 veggies with a little fat thrown in cuz the brain needs fat (even though I think my brain is fat enough :D ). Here's to us all getting smaller together! (toasting you with lemon water of course) |

welcome vicky, so glad yoy came back. excuse my typing...back out big time and pain is over the charts. :eek: had surgery on my hand too so not a very good member of this forum right now. please stay with us and keep posting...

Thanks..... I'm still doing the low fat thing.... I went to my first deep water aerobics class last night and i didn't think i was going to make it through that hour!!!!! ROFL!!!!!!!!
