Hey Feelign Goofy,

Just wanted to welcome you to the weight loss forum!
8lbs in 2 weeks is great. Keep it up.

I am down 22 and my secret was cutting out all flour and sugar even fruit. (The nutitrionist told me that lunch and dinner plates should be 1/3 protein and 2/3 veggies with a little fat thrown in cuz the brain needs fat (even though I think my brain is fat enough ).

Here's to us all getting smaller together! (toasting you with lemon water of course)

welcome vicky, so glad yoy came back. excuse my typing...back out big time and pain is over the charts. had surgery on my hand too so not a very good member of this forum right now. please stay with us and keep posting...

Thanks..... I'm still doing the low fat thing.... I went to my first deep water aerobics class last night and i didn't think i was going to make it through that hour!!!!! ROFL!!!!!!!!
