Today I am starting my diet and I am going to win this time. Come next summer, no one is going to recognize me. Breakfast I had boiled egg and for lunch a fried egg. Dinner will be venison roast with sliced cucumbers.

Yesterday went a lot better than I thought being made first day. On to day 2! Starting weight 153 lbs
Breakfast - boiled egg, 1/2 slice of bacon Lunch - boiled egg, 1/2 slice of bacon Dinner - fried egg over half avocado |
