good morning all, just got my shower by myself, and i am bushed.! been having hubby to help and he has gone to work. got my cast wet around the bottom, whoops! been missing coming on here but my back has been in a mess. feeling so much better today and yesterday. pm doc put me on lyrica and my low back and pain down rt leg is not hurting today. yipee hope this med helps me. billie es supposed to visit and i want to be feeling good to visit!
weight has stopped going up for now and i am thankful for that.
got to run, back getting mad at me. lol froggie

I think I've read on the forums here that Lyrica might cause some weight gain so don't be shocked or freaked out if that happens. But if only for short term you should be Ok??
Then again I might have the name mixed up.

i had been eating bad during the move. not SUPER bad, but i'm not used to fast food.

the last week has been good. lots of cut up veggies and fruit. lots of water. oatmeal...shredded wheat...that type of foods.

lol..don't laugh..well, ok laugh at me...but i can't find my scale, so i don't know if i have lost any weight. i need to. fast. i start working on the first. i don't want any extra bulges while i train people!

my back is super bad right now. i'm hoping to rest as much as possible the next few days.

i think you are correct about lyrica jo. many pain meds have that nasty side effect.

Good morning all, sorry for the long absence but I have been out of town off and on the last few weeks. Had fun but very tiring.

I also received some very sad news on Saturday. My nephew was shot and killed. It happened here in town and we were camping at the time. It will be a very hard week for my family so prayers are appreciated. He was only 22 and I can't believe he is gone. ...Sue

oh sue how awful and sad. my deepest sympathy for such a senseless and tragic loss.

may the lord grant your family peace and comfort.

So sorry to hear the sad news Sue. I'll say a prayer for the family. Its so shocking to learn of a young persons life ending like that.

Curious, It good to see you posting. I didn't know you had moved.

I'm just worn out today. I went to Goodwill this morning. I didn't get anything special, just a couple tops. It seems I can't find much since they remodeled the store. I hope soon they have some baby dolls in there before to long. They haven't had any all summer.
