Post What kind of diet plans or diet pills really work to lose weight?

I am searching comments on diet methods that can help lose fat quickly.

Love to hear your suggestions on weight loss pills? What works? What not works?

Nothing healthy will make you lose quickly. If you want to lose safely and permanently, programs like Weight Watchers, which teaches you to change your attitudes about food and why you eat the way you do, are the only ones that really work. .5-2 lbs a week is normal and healthy. Any faster than that, and you're risking serious damage to your body.
