I gained 10+ lb.s from mid November to around March, am struggling to take that off. I do know how to lose weight, dropped 55 lb.s in 2019. However, my recent effort is not working, need to 'double-down' and tighten up my carb intake, reduce portion sizes .
Gotta take control and JUST DO IT...if you want it bad enough it's very doable..And so much of our health is connected with what we put in our mouths.
