Default Benefits of Adding Celery to One's Diet

I've been negligent here and with more digestive and constipation issues I've finally decided to clean out my colon and that means eliminating foods. Gotta stop the pizza, meats and pastas for a while...they clog the system.

A friend praises Celery soup so I ordered some from market today and going to start making soup, nothing fancy, and make changes in what I put in my mouth, even though I'ts not terrible but with aging the system is aging too and not working as it once did.

5 Healthy Benefits of Adding Celery to Your Diet
Celery is a great source of important antioxidants. ...
Celery reduces inflammation. ...
Celery supports digestion. ...
Celery is rich in vitamins and minerals with a low glycemic index. ...
Celery has an alkalizing effect.

Celery helps with constipation also.

Just a mind jog, we need them as we don't know it all.
