I've been negligent here and with more digestive and constipation issues I've finally decided to clean out my colon and that means eliminating foods. Gotta stop the pizza, meats and pastas for a while...they clog the system.

It's also a great diuretic.
We eat a lot of celery. Most of my bases for dishes like my vegetable stock that I use in soups and many others contains celery, onion, carrot. I put chopped celery in a lot of things and eat it raw as well. Nice with some nut butter for a snack or just teamed up with some chopped carrot sticks with hummus. Caroline, raw cabbage salad is excellent if you can tolerate cabbage. |
