Default People Talk about a Weight Problem, The Real Problem

is what they put in their mouths.....they clean their full plates.

Smaller portions and better food choices are the answer.

Drink more water.

I had a weight loss surprise at my last doc's appt in May 2022, after taking Berberiine for a year to lower blood sugar, glucose was creeping up, I dropped 36 pts, went from 120 to 84 and along with that drop, took off close to 40 lbs in the year.

With this too, my A1C came in at 5,1 as it's been coming at at 5.6+ every year in recent years.

Look at the Berberine and all it's benefits.

Took Berberine with my doctor's blessings.
